What’s My Job?, the network’s careers aspiration programme for primary schools is back with face to face sessions. And it does what it says on the tin – pupils have to guess the jobs of employee volunteers. It is not only a fun activity, but it can have a big impact on the future lives and careers of our young people: the evidence is compelling, a young person who has four or more encounters with an employer is 86% less likely to be unemployed or not in education or training and can earn up to 18% more during their career.
